 Launched January 1, 2008, PSP USA, LLC is the natural progression of a very successful relationship that began more than 15 years ago. This new company is a joint venture between PEUGEOT™, Groupe PSP of France, and Swissmar Imports Inc. of Niagara Falls, NY.
Swissmar has been the exclusive distributor of Groupe PSP’s products in North America since 1992. With this venture, PSP USA, LLC becomes the exclusive PEUGEOT™ distributor for the USA and Caribbean. The product lines include: mills (Saveurs d‘épices); PEUGEOT wine accessories (Saveurs de vins) and PEUGEOT coffee grinders (Saveurs de cafés). Canadian distribution of these products remains with Swissmar Imports Ltd.
The primary intent of this partnership is to increase our ability to develop products and initiatives that are specifically intended for the American market. Effectively, this joint venture affords us a new level of access to the resources and talents on both sides of the Atlantic that were once separated by two distinct companies.
As Swissmar celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2008, PEUGEOT™ is also preparing a celebration of its own, as its bicentennial anniversary is fast approaching! |
